I am happy to have completed and passed the Google Certified Educator level 2 exams. I want to encourage you to do the same. Make sure to visit the Google for Education Training Center to become familiar with the lessons. Then register for the Google Certified Educator Level 1 or 2 exam.

Google Tools Training at CVABE

I was invited to train the Central Vermont Adult Basic Education staff members on the use of G Suite for Education. It was very exciting collaborating with these educators. I created a website for them that will serve as a repository of the resources we discussed. We had a blast!

Google Certified Educator Level 1

This summer I decided to get serious with doing the Google Certified Educator Level 1 exam. I started with a plan of study, tried out all the required skills and finally registered for the 3-hour exam. It was tough but I passed at the end. A good tip for success is to try to answer all of the questions. If you get stuck, mark that particular question and keep going. At the end, you can come back to it if you have time.

Field Trip with CVCC Natural Resources Students

I went on this field trip adventure with the CVCC Natural Resources and Sustainability students. The students had fun kayaking and swimming. We ended with a barbecue.
